Pelloyd B&B is situated in Butterworth which is one of the oldest towns in the Eastern Cape. It lies midway between East London and Mthatha, just a short drive from the city centre.

The B&B offers guests the choice of staying in one of six rooms offering en-suite bathrooms, TVs with DStv, telephones, digital safes and bar fridges. Linen, electric blankets and tea and coffee facilities are provided and the rooms are air-conditioned for comfort.

Breakfast is served in the dining area and guests can relax in the communal lounge. Guests can also relax in the lovely garden and parking is available. A conference and meeting room is available and can accommodate up to 25 delegates.

Two sites in Butterworth that are well worth the visit are the Gcuwa Falls and the impressive 100 m drop at Bowa Falls, which is also believed to have been a place of executions.
